Your use of this Website and/or our services constitutes Your agreement to the following terms and conditions. If You do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or Our services.

If You are under legal age of consent for Your respective district, You are not allowed to access or use this Website or Our services. You acknowledge and agree that You must be of legal age to purchase any of Our products or services available on this Website or otherwise.

By submitting an order and/or payment, You are acknowledging that You have read and understand these terms and conditions. By submitting an order and/or payment, You are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and 360 Book Publishing.

Definition of Terms

“Website” means all online content on 360 Book Publishing website pages.

“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” mean and refer to you and/or any other person submitting an order to 360 Book Publishing on your behalf.

“Company,” “We,” or “Our” mean and refer to 360 Book Publishing, a company registered under applicable United States law.

“Product” means and refers to all services and products provided by 360 Book Publishing to Customer in accordance with his/her Order.

“Order” means an order via phone or e-mail made by Customer to purchase services or products provided by 360 Book Publishing. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, WesternUnion, or PayPal transfer.

Our Services

By submitting the Order and/or payment, You are purchasing the Product for Your use only. It is Your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website.

Refund Policy

Our publishing services are customized and begin shortly after your order is confirmed, so we do not offer refunds once work has started.

You may cancel within 7 days of placing your order and before any work begins to receive a refund, minus any consultation or administrative costs already incurred.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline, or the delivered work does not match the agreed brief after reasonable revisions, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Each request is reviewed against the project brief and timeline.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Revisions Within Scope

We offer revisions within the scope of the original project brief. This applies to editing, design, formatting, and other deliverables as specified in your selected package. Our goal is to meet your expectations before final delivery.

Note: Revisions beyond the original scope or that involve significant directional changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us directly at support@360bookpublishing.com so we can resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of current and future services.

Incompetent Delivery

• Once the work is delivered, customers are only entitled to claim a refund once they have exhausted all the options detailed as under;
• If it does not comply with project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer). We work with you until the deliverables match the agreed brief, with revisions within the project scope.
• Reserve Pages for future, but of same value and you can avail them at any time.
• If we’re still not able to deliver what you asked for, refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage (but only in the cases where the delivery is completely off the mark)

Late Delivery

• We believe in “On Time Delivery” but if, for any reason we fail to deliver the asked service on time, after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault.

Ownership & Royalties

• You keep the copyright to your manuscript and all content we create for you after full payment.
• Your book is published in your name, and royalties are paid by the retailers directly to you.
• 360 Book Publishing does not take a percentage of your royalties.
• Retailers and printers set their own royalty rates and deduct their fees and printing costs.
